3. GENERAL BETTING REGULATIONS
The bookmaker will accept bets on the basis of a betting market list with odds reflecting the perceived probability for each outcome.
- The minimum bet on a single selection is $.30/EUR 0.20.
- Bookmakers determine the minimum and maximum stakes for each selection. The maximum stake limits differ by sport and event. When an accumulator bet (system) consists of several legs, each with a different stake limit, the lowest stake limit will apply.
- The maximum return per bet is EUR50,000 (or an equivalent amount in foreign currency).
- The company reserves its right to limit maximum stakes and odds for specific markets, as well as limit or increase maximum stakes and odds. It may also impose other restrictions to individual customers without prior notice.
- The bookmaker has the right to declare multiple bets that were correctly predicted void (bets placed on the same result or combination of results, but with different odds). These bets will be settled with odds of 1.00, if their total stake exceeds the maximum stake limit set by the bookmaker.
- After a bet’s registration on the server, and confirmation online, it is considered accepted. Bets that have been registered cannot be changed or revoked.
- Only bets that do not exceed the balance of the customer account are accepted. The stake is deducted from the customer’s account once a bet is registered. The return is credited back to the account of the customer after the bets are settled.
- The Sports section will show the starting time and date of the event. All bets placed after an event has begun, for whatever reason, will be considered void. The exception is in-play bets (live bets), which are bets that occur during the actual event. These bets will be valid until the conclusion of the match.
- Except in the cases described at paragraphs 10-14, it is not possible to change or delete SPORTS and LIVE Bets.

- If incorrectly settled bets (e.g. The bets will be recalculated if the settlement is incorrect (e.g. Bets made between the time of the error and the recalculation will be considered valid. If the account of the bettor is negative following the recalculation then no bets can be placed until a sufficient amount has been deposited.
- A sports event cannot be considered rescheduled, canceled, or changed unless it is officially announced by the event organizer in documents, official websites, websites of clubs or sports federations or other sources of sport information. The Sports section will be updated to reflect the changes.
- The customer will be charged with a bet cancellation if they intentionally mislead staff (bookmaker employees), by providing false information and requests regarding betting, payouts or results of an event. This rule also applies to minors and their parents.
- If a bet has been placed with a known result (e.g. an event has ended but the results are not updated), it will be cancelled.
- “Simultaneous Finish” is the result in which more than one person wins the event, the tournament, the championship, etc. If there are two winners, the stake is divided by 2 when calculating bets. If three or more winners are announced, then the odds will be equal to 1. This rule does NOT apply to markets such as “to be higher” or “match-up”.
- The mercy rule is used to end a match before the scheduled time, when one team has scored a large goal or scored a lot of points. - SP (Starting Price) – starting odds. This is the term used to describe the odds that are offered at the beginning of a race. These odds are calculated by adding up the odds provided by the competition organizers before the race starts.
